Cowboy Pants

I’ve always been fascinated by cowboy culture and iconography. I also have a deep love for vintage Las Vegas, which I’ve always felt strangely shares the same energy as cowboys for some reason. Anyway, I wanted to design a print that made me feel the way a road trip out west feels. This garment was made in small batches and lovingly printed by me in my home studio!

These are printed on white Dickies painter’s pants, complete with the hammer loop and the extra side pockets, which I personally love. I hand dyed each pair a bright baby pink, which was a very fun DIY moment. Because they’re dyed by hand, each pair has its own distinct shade and variation in the pink, with little highs and lows in the color that show the process and make each one unique.

The base pants are men’s white Dickies painter’s pants. I know men’s sizing can be confusing if you don’t usually wear it, so I’m including lay flat measurements below so you can compare with something you already own.

Size 34 x 32
Lay flat: 16in waist, 22in hips, 29in inseam

Size 42 x 30
Lay flat: 19.5in waist, 24.5in hips, 28in inseam

Size 46 x 30
Lay flat: 22in waist, 27in hips, 29in inseam

Wash like normal laundry! Since each pair is lovingly printed by me in my home studio and hand dyed, air drying is the gentlest option and will help keep the print and color looking their best over time.
